As part of the programme schools will have the opportunity to join a peer support network.

Highlights include:

• An introductory theme (linked to the CPD, and the work of Practice Partners in schools)
• An opportunity for participants to share their improvement journey to date, ideas, and resources
• Time to discuss any difficulties they may have encountered.

​These will be facilitated by:

• Emily Norman, Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership (CEFEL), who currently support networks with around 1200 schools nationally.
• Tatiana Wilson, Education Adviser the Diocese of Exeter Education Team (and English specialist).

​Each session will be free for anyone involved in the programme.
